At one of the largest insurers, they believe in tangible results. Therefore, we would like to share with you our Proof of Value concept – a unique approach that demonstrates the power of RefPro+ on our platform DeltaOS.

It all started when this insurer was struggling to control their energy consumption. After some research, they came to us through the mail, but of course there were some reservations because of previous experiences with systems and their associated problems. That’s where our Proof of Value comes in.

Using a structured approach, we were able to identify several crucial points in their system to highlight the value of our system – all at a fixed rate and within an agreed-upon period.

During this Proof of Value, we discovered some fascinating insights. For example, we noted significant adjustments to the control system to control the starting and stopping of the chiller. But what was even more intriguing was the discovery that the heating valves were synchronous with the cooling valves – a situation that was certainly worth investigating.

The highlight of our findings, however, was the unprecedented fluctuation in chiller energy consumption, ranging from 35 kW to 170 kW in a very short period of time. These insights clearly illustrate the value of our system in identifying inefficiencies and providing deep insights into complex systems.

But our work does not stop here. We believe this is just the beginning of an exciting journey with one of the largest insurers. With a potential savings of up to 20%, in addition to achieving an optimal indoor climate and a well-functioning system, we look forward to further collaboration to fully implement our RefPro+ system.
