During this meeting, we will explore what problems you are facing and find out how we as Delta Digital can help you when it comes to digitalization, sustainability, and growth. We help you gain insight into where you now stand and which specific problems we can help you with.

At the end of this step, you will receive a report that provides an overview of your specific challenges and needs.

After confirming the plan of approach, we will investigate together what data is available in and around your environment by both physical surveillance and reading documentation. Think of the presence of necessary sensors and how these can be read.

We will then provide an overview of all available data sources and which data sources still need to be made available. We will also provide an overview of options to make your system even more effective. We will then request approval for the planning towards implementation.

Now it is finally time that all peripheral matters are clear and the project can begin. First we connect you to our platform, where we make a data mapping of all necessary data sources to our system. With this we collect data and make an analysis with said data.

We inform you by means of progress reports, commissioning reports, a possible baseline report and a final report. We also provide regular consultation, appropriate to your solution.

After completion of the project period, we offer long-term support. For example, we offer you technical support to ensure that the systems continue to function. But also performance monitoring to detect deviations at an early stage. If necessary, we also offer further optimizations and adjustments. In this way, we ensure a sustainable solution together.

For this, we always conclude a service-level agreement (SLA). Of course, we continue to provide reporting for the activities mentioned above and we ensure a short feedback loop with our customers.
